Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If you receive a defective product (DOA), please contact our customer service team at info@andywheels.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Special Notes for DOA Situations:

  1. Damaged Packaging:
    • File a case with the courier company immediately upon noticing the damage.
    • Obtain a stamped proof from the courier and provide this along with clear pictures of the package and item.
    • Include all details and the courier’s case number when contacting us.
  2. Functional Issues:
    • If the outer packaging is intact but the item does not work, provide clear pictures or a video showing the defect.

Upon verifying your case, we will offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.


Missing, Wrong, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package with missing, incorrect, or extra items:

  1. Check Before Signing: Ensure the package contents and weight are correct upon delivery.
  2. Contact Us:

    • Attach clear pictures of the package, shipping label, and contents received.

Return Policy

7–14 Days Disliked Item Return:

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in brand-new condition with its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will exclude initial shipping fees.

Returns and Compensation Process

  1. Exchanges: 2–7 business days upon receiving your returned item (stock-dependent).
  2. Refunds:
    • 3–6 business days to process after receiving the returned item.
